Our unique programming may be just what you need, where you need it, with outpatient therapy for all ages housed within Majestic Pines Senior Living. Progressive Care Therapy treatments include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology.

Our Community Fitness Center is open to the public!
Our facility is open 7 days a week from 7:30am-6:00pm.
Zumba fitness fuses international rhythms with easy-to-follow dance moves. It is a fun and effective fitness class that feels more like a night out dancing than a workout. (Moderate)
Perfect class for those individuals wanting to start an exercise program. The class consists of basic strength, flexibility and range of motion exercises for overall workout. (Gentle)
This fast-paced class focuses on strength, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning throughout the water to music. (moderate to vigorous)
A mid-intensity cardio workout in the pool combining water aerobics with Pilate’s core conditioning principles. (Moderate)
This is a yoga class that focuses on flow of movements that includes Ai Chi, Pilates and yoga which works your balance, strength and flexibility, as well as the mind in creating fluid movement and control in the pool. (Gentle)
Strength and conditioning based class. This class incorporates weight training with metabolic conditioning to build strong muscles and bones. We use functional movements from daily life to build your strength and increase your confidence.
Classes are held at 10:00 am
Building on skills from yoga, this intermediate class focuses on a series of exercises to improve strength, balance, and flexibility while sitting, standing, and laying on the floor. Participants must be able to safely get on and off the floor without assistance. (Gentle to Moderate)
Open Swim is 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM
