Lindsey Wald
Executive Director
Meet Lindsey, our Executive Director!
She recently joined our team, bringing a strong passion for leadership, social work, and senior care. Lindsey oversees daily operations, ensures compliance, and works closely with our department directors, residents, families, and the broader community.
With a degree in social work, she is currently pursuing her Assisted Living Director License. Lindsey finds working at Majestic Pines rewarding, knowing that our team makes a meaningful impact in residents' lives by providing safety, reassurance, and lasting connections!
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, and camping!

Cassie Harvey, RN
Clinical Nurse Supervisor
Meet Cassie Clinical Nurse Supervisor
Cassie plays a vital role on our care team, overseeing nursing staff, schedules, and budgets with a steady and supportive leadership style. After moving to the area in 2019, she began her healthcare career at a Skilled Nursing Facility in early 2020. She earned her LPN in 2023 and proudly achieved her RN in May 2025.
With a deep passion for geriatric care, Cassie is committed to educating and empowering nursing staff, ensuring they not only know what to do, but also understand the “why” behind their work. Her favorite part of her role is helping others grow, make the right decisions, and seeing the positive impact in their daily care.
Outside of work, Cassie loves softball and has spent 15 years playing pitcher, first base, and third base. She is a proud mom of two, and her family also includes two Australian Shepherds and a cat!

Sadie Weber, RN
Assistant Clinical Nurse Supervisor
Meet Sadie – Assistant Clinical Nurse Supervisor
Sadie has been a dedicated member of the Majestic Pines team for over five years. She began her journey here as an LPN and, in June 2025, proudly earned her RN license. Today, she leads our Timbers Enhanced Assisted Living with compassion, consistency, and clinical excellence.
As Assistant Clinical Nurse Supervisor, Sadie maintains a steady and supportive presence for both our nursing team and residents. She oversees care plans, ensures residents receive the support they need while honoring their independence, and helps bridge communication across care teams to keep everything running smoothly.
What drives Sadie is being an integral part of each resident’s care journey—providing not just clinical oversight, but genuine connection. “I take pride in being someone our residents can rely on. It’s an honor to play a role in their daily lives and overall well-being.”
Outside of Majestic Pines, Sadie enjoys spending quality time with her family—especially her almost 3-year-old daughter—playing with her dogs, and tending to her garden!

Rob Hengel
Director of Maintenance
Meet Rob, our Maintenance Director!
Rob was first introduced to Majestic Pines by our sister building, and once he came to check us out—well, the rest is history! With over 32 years of experience in facility maintenance, including a long career with the school district, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our team.
He holds numerous certifications, with standout credentials including his boiler and pool licenses. Rob also proudly served in the military for 25 years.
For Rob, the most rewarding part of his job is spending time with the residents. It’s a small world—he seems to know almost everyone in one way or another, and those familiar connections mean a lot to him.
Outside of work, Rob is a true family man. He loves spending time with his daughters and doting on his newest joy—his grandbaby!

Lynn Wirtanen
Health and Wellness Director
Meet Lynn, Our Health and Wellness Director.
Lynn has been a part of Majestic Pines for six years, overseeing activity programming to ensure each community within our residents offers enraging opportunities support physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. She holds and Associates of Applied Science in Activities and Human Services, bringing strong foundation of knowledge and passion to her role.
Dedicated to brightening the lived of our residents, Lynn find joy in creating meaningful experiences that bring smiles to our residents! Outside of Majestic Pines, she enjoys thrifting, repurposing treasures into something new, and spending time outdoors.

Kelly Ede
Meaningful Days Coordinator
Meet Kelly – Meaningful Days Coordinator
Kelly joined our team in the fall of 2025 after relocating to Grand Rapids. She brings valuable experience from her previous role at a senior living campus in the Lake Minnetonka area, where she worked cwith memory care residents. This background gives her a strong foundation to continue growing, contributing, and sharing her passion for meaningful engagement!
In her day-to-day work, Kelly is a dedicated resource for the residents of the Orchard Community (memory care). She partners closely with our Care Specialists and RN Care Manager to support each resident’s individual needs. Building relationships is at the heart of her role, she takes the time to truly understand each person, their interests, and what brings them comfort and joy. Her goal is to ensure every day feels purposeful, offering residents opportunities for cognitive, physical, sensory, and artistic enrichment.
Outside of work, Kelly is happiest in the outdoors! She is a proud mom of three daughters, a grandmother to four grandsons, and shares her home with four dogs, life is full, and she loves it that way!

Kelli Barry
Director of Fitness & Therapy, PT
Kelli Barry is the co-founder of Progressive Care Therapy in Grand Rapids, MN. She holds a Master of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Science from the College of St. Scholastica.
With over 20 years of experience, Kelli has treated thousands of patients—from young adults and athletes to seniors—always delivering personalized, high-quality care. She is especially passionate about helping individuals return to daily life, work, and sport.
In 2011, Kelli co-founded Progressive Care Therapy, a private practice offering physical, occupational, and speech therapy. She also led the design and launch of the clinic’s innovative aquatic therapy center, a unique resource in the region.

Sissy Bjelland, RN
Assistant Director of Nursing, RN
Meet Sissy, our Assistant Clinical Nurse Supervisor!
With 10 years at Majestic Pines, she leads our Memory Care Community with dedication and compassion, taking great pride in her nursing team and residents.
Previously a dedicated LPN, Sissy recently returned to school to earn her RN, bringing valuable knowledge and expertise to her staff. She finds her work incredibly rewarding, especially knowing her residents feel safe, happy, and loved.
Outside of work, Sissy enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the beach, and geocaching—a hobby she’s passionate about!

Dennis Reiff
Director of Dining Services
Meet Dennis, Our Director of Dining Services
Dennis has been a valued member of the Majestic Pines team for four years, bringing over 40 years of experience as a certified chef and food manager. He is dedicated to providing our residents with nutritious, delicious meals in a warm and welcoming atmosphere!
For Dennis, the most rewarding part of his role is seeing residents come together and connect over a great meal. When he’s not crafting menus and preparing food, he enjoys hiking, photography, spending time with dogs, and exploring new culinary experiences.

Roxxy Csmarich
Operations Manager
Meet Roxxy, our Operations Manager!
With 10 years at Majestic Pines Senior Living, she plays a vital role in assisting residents and their families with financial matters, ensuring clarity and peace of mind. Roxxy holds an associate’s degree in business and takes pride in making financial discussions approachable and stress-free!
She finds her work incredibly rewarding, building relationships with families and helping them navigate important financial decisions with confidence.
Outside of work, Roxxy enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, and cat. As a dedicated mom of two boys, she loves supporting them in their hobbies and sports; when she has downtime you can find her reading!!

Annabelle Versich
Admissions & Marketing Coordinator
Meet Annabelle – Our Admissions Coordinator
Annabelle has been a member of our team for the past few years, bringing enthusiasm and dedication to her role each day. As our Admissions Coordinator, she works closely with prospective families—providing detailed information about our community, giving personalized tours, and serving as a go-to contact for any questions along the way.
In addition to admissions, Annabelle manages our social media, assists current residents with internal moves, and supports our community’s overall communication efforts. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, which helps her connect with residents and families in a meaningful way.
For Annabelle, the most rewarding part of her job is building relationships with new residents and their loved ones as they transition into their new home.
Outside of work, you’ll find her coaching competitive dance, spending time with family, and loving life with her dogs!
